Brookstone 2 home for sell. I will be posting pictures later today. Home down the street is listed for 320,000. This is a great swim/tennis neighborhood in the Ford/Durham/Harrison school district. It would be great to sell this home before we get a realtor to save both of us money. The home has 5 to 6 bedrooms, 2.5 baths, living room, family room with fireplace, dining room, kitchen with breakfast area, two sets of stairs and is close to the recreational facilities. Home is in the process of being painted. Tile floors were put in the kitchen and bathrooms about a year ago. Part of the reason the home is listed low is because the kitchen needs updating and carpets are a little dirty (4 kids but no pets) but we are having them cleaned professionally. Great house!!!
